Booking terms

Dates shown as available can be booked instantly on this site. The total price — accommodation, cleaning and the Greek Climate Crisis Fee — is payable in full at the time of booking, by card, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your reservation is confirmed the moment payment succeeds, and you receive a written confirmation by email straight away. The dates are held for you from that moment.

You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before your arrival date, and we refund in full every amount you have paid.

From 30 days before arrival the booking is non-refundable: cancellations inside that window, and no-shows, are charged the full price of the stay. We recommend travel insurance to cover circumstances outside your control.

We apply this the same way to everyone. It is what allows us to hold a whole house for one party and turn away every other enquiry for those dates.

The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The house sleeps 6 adults in three master suites; guests seven and eight sleep on the double sofa bed (200×140 cm) in the living room. The number of guests may not exceed what is agreed at booking.

Guests agree to treat the house with reasonable care and are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Any damage should be reported promptly so it can be resolved fairly.

Quiet hours outdoors are 23:00–08:00. No parties or events; no smoking indoors; no pets. The full house rules form part of these terms.

The Stone House is registered with the Greek Short-Term Rental Registry (AMA 00003687610).
